Go Fusion Foods, a company based in Frankfort, Michigan, US, has introduced a new frozen sandwich filled with gourmet Asian fusion flavors.
Go Fusion provides the market with a gourmet, Asian, and fusion options to consumers. Go Fusion flavors include Korean Jambalaya, Bourbon Chicken, Lemongrass Curry, Szechuan Taco, Peking Chicken, and Braised Teriyaki.
These flavors were showcased at the 59th Annual Fancy Food Show in New York.
With the new product, the company is seeking to take advantage of the growing popularity of Asian fusion cuisine in the US, especially among the millennial segment of the high volume frozen sandwich industry.
The company noted that in addition to its recent success at the Fancy Food Show, it has already received interest from major US and international retailers and distributors.
