China Fishery Group has received a 97.72 percent acceptance for its offer to acquire Peruvian fishmeal producer Copeinca.
Upon expiration of the offer on 31 July, China Fishery now owns an additional 56,530,639 shares in the company. Together with the 5,773,000 shares already owned and the 6,295,100 shares to be acquired under the option agreement.
The acceptance numbers are preliminary and may be subject to adjustments.
