Core Tip: Urschel produces scaled down, precision equipment to meet the cutting requirements of small to mid-size food processors.
Urschel, the recoUrschelgnized global leader in the manufacturing and selling of precision high capacity cutting equipment, now also produces scaled down, precision equipment to meet the cutting requirements of small to mid-size food processors.

“The Urschel team partners with food processors around the world – working with customers on different cutting applications. Some customers were telling us that they value the precision and reliability of Urschel equipment, but their output capacity and budget needs prevented them from making such a purchase,” according to Mr. Tim O'Brien, Vice President of Sales, Urschel Laboratories, Inc. “Urschel engineers listened to input from small and mid-size processors, and designed the DiversaCut Sprint® Dicer and the E TranSlicer® Cutter. Both of these machines offer Urschel quality and precision.”

“When discussing high capacity, cost per ton, and overall maintenance costs, Urschel has always delivered the most economical food processing equipment to larger food processors. Now, Urschel is offering Dutch customers cutting machines to fit their processing needs. Not everyone requires incredibly large outputs, but every processor deserves high quality, low maintenance cost equipment,” according to Mr. Hugo Witsenburg, Salesman, Urschel International Nederland.

“In addition to the machines being smaller, they are up to European standards. CE, 24V controls, etc. These machines offer strict sanitary standards and ergonomic aspects, and are backed by local Urschel service. We understand not only the big producers need reliable cutting machines and solid support,” Witsenburg explained.
