DS Waters of America, the owner of the Hinckley Springs bottled water brand, has acquired Gold Springs Premium Spring Water, including home and office delivery service of bottled water in Peoria, Illinois.
Gold Spring provides natural spring water in three and five gallon bottles as well as cases of 5l bottles.
DS Waters Central Region vice president, general manager Ray McGillis said that the company is pleased to provide Hinckley Springs water and other beverage services to additional homes and offices in Peoria.
DS Waters president and CEO Tom Harrington said, "We welcome all Gold Spring customers into the DS Waters family and look forward to offering them a wide variety of beverages with outstanding customer service."
The company provides bottled water for homes, offices, restaurants, food service organizations, convenience stores, and retail locations in the US. It also offers flavored water mixers and ready-to-drink products; brewed coffee and tea beverages; break room supplies; brewing systems for coffees and teas; equipment and services for water coolers and filtration systems; and bottled water coolers and water filtration units.
