American sustainable seafood company Wild Planet Foods recently received top honors for its recent growth from a local business association.
The San Francisco Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth gave the company its 2013 Corporate Growth Award. The award, which has been given in the past to companies including LinkedIn and Pop Chips, spotlights "dynamic growth" in recent years.
The association presented the award on 21 November. In accepting, Terry Hunt, Wild Planet's CEO, credited, among other things, the company's "marine conservation mission" with its success.
