Quench USA, an independent provider of filtered drinking water coolers and ice dispensers in North America, has purchased Pure Point Water Systems.
Started in 1997, Pure Point Water Systems is a supplier of bottleless water systems with expertise in water purification methods, including triple-filtration process.
Pure Point Water Systems' president Michael Schlisman said Quench's broad product line and nationwide service platform were key factors in their decision and will add tremendous value to their customers.
"We look forward to being part of the Quench family," Schlisman added.
Being a water technology company, Quench designs, installs, leases, and services filtered water coolers and ice dispensers across North America.
Quench USA chief executive officer Anthony Ibarguen said that the acquisition of Pure Point Water Systems significantly adds to their customer base in the Mid-Atlantic region.
"We are excited to welcome founder Mike Schlisman, his team and customers," Ibarguen added.
