zpizza's new Chopped California Cobb Salad is made with fresh avocado and all-natural grilled chicken breast chopped in a blend of bacon, lettuce, tomato, gorgonzola and served with a warm balsamic vinaigrette. zpizza's new Buffalo Bleu pizza features all-natural buffalo chicken, gorgonzola, scallions and mozzarella spread on top of a blend of fresh, blend of tomato and buffalo sauce. zpizza's Buffalo Bleu pizza will compliment the pizza maker's fresh and eclectic pizza selections, using 100 percent organic wheat flour or gluten-free crust and then fire-baked until uniquely crisp.
