American foodservice and retail seafood company Clear Springs Foods has introduced a new trout fillet product.
The product is a crunchy potato crusted rainbow trout fillet, packed in 10-pound cases. The product offers an authentic, "fish fry" flavor, according to the company. It is easy to prepare, either in the oven or sautéed in the pan.
The trout joins a range of products offered by the company. Based in Buhl, Idaho, Clear Springs is a producer and processor of farm-raised seafood.
