Yamato’s new CheckweiYamato Scale Dataweighgher I series features includes advanced troubleshooting functionality, allowing for remote maintenance, self-diagnosis and self-recovery.

With a 3-step set-up procedure, Yamato says the checkweigher is easily programmed and ready for use within minutes.

Yamato claims the series boasts up to 50% speed improvements on conventional models, featuring speeds up to 480ppm, with a precision posting of within 0.15g.

With auto-tuning functionality for optimum control, the I series has been designed to be easy to maintain, easy to clean and features waterproof protection (fully IP67 compliant, IP69K optional – for high pressure/temperature washing), making it suitable for checkweighing frozen food, snacks, confectionery, salad foods and other industry applications where enhanced hygiene is essential.
