Core Tip: WineStyles Tasting Station is celebrating the re-grand opening of its Cypress store located at 12361 Barker Cypress Road, Suite 900.
WineStyles Tasting Station, a newly re-branded boutique concept dedicated to simplifying the wine and craft beer shopping experience, is celebrating the re-grand opening of its Cypress store located at 12361 Barker Cypress Road, Suite 900.

To celebrate with the local community, the store will host an Open House event Saturday, April 12 featuring wine and craft beer tastings. Additionally, there will be musical entertainment provided by local musicians including Mark Weathers from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and The Coveralls from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Local residents Tracy and Stephen Young, Janice Quigley and Julyan Lee decided to open their own business following their move from Pearland to Cypress nearly four years ago. As longtime friends, the entrepreneurs felt WineStyles Tasting Station offered an outlet to share their passion for great wine and food with the community. The new owners have obtained area development rights for the Houston region and plan to build an additional 15 stores in the market.

"We're thrilled to reintroduce WineStyles Tasting Station to the local community in Cypress," said Lee. "In addition to excellent customer service, our boutique provides a unique atmosphere for our guests to gather, while tasting and learning about some of the best wines and gourmet products available in town. We invite everyone to attend our Open House on April 12 to experience the difference."

To further celebrate the re-grand opening, the boutique will offer discounts on purchases, raffle prizes, new club membership incentives and more.

WineStyles Tasting Station in Cypress offers a unique retail experience and warm ambiance that is reminiscent of an old-world wine cellar. Wines are categorized by style and taste, rather than by varietal or region, which helps to simplify the shopping experience. The selection includes a rotation of unique labels and hard-to-find wines from both small and large vineyards from around the world. Each bottle is accompanied by a description listing the wine's characteristics, flavors and suggested food pairings.

For the first time ever, WineStyles Tasting Station in Cypress will offer fine chocolates and artisanal cheeses. Additionally, the boutique features a full wine bar with dozens of wines by the glass and a full selection of food including pizzas and wraps, and craft beers. Furthermore, the store offers a variety of gifts and wine accessories including customizable gift baskets, as well as a monthly Wine and Beer club. The location also features weekly wine and beer tastings, private event opportunities, as well as education classes.

The location will serve guests Sunday from noon - 7 p.m., from noon to 9 p.m. on Tuesday - Wednesday, and from noon to 11 p.m. on Thursday - Saturday. The store is closed on Mondays. To fuel WineStyles Tasting Station's growth in Texas and across the country, the company is seeking entrepreneurs with retail experience. WineStyles Tasting Stations will be developed through single-unit and area developer agreements. Depending on the real estate site selected, franchisees can expect the total cost of investment for one store to be approximately $229,000 - $380,500. The initial franchise fee is $25,000.
