manufacturer of PET blow-moulding machines has further developed its range as the HOT FILL option is now available on all its machines 1XL, 2L and 4L. This new feature may be installed on new machines as well as an up-grade on all 1 BLOW existing equipment. Consequently this opens new potential markets for all 1 BLOW customers.The production of 1000 to 6000 HOT FILL bottles per hour is now possible on a compact and simple machine: all process parameters such as heating lamps, mould temperature, stretching, pre-blowing, blowing, flushing are monitored on the touch screen.
As they are manufactured on the same frame as the other 1 BLOW machines, the HOT FILL machines have a very small footprint and they are compatible with existing moulds, so that the investment is optimized.
