Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. has promoted two leaders to support the company’s franchise operations.
Lou Beccarelli, regional vice-president, Dunkin' Donuts, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C., will lead Dunkin’ Donuts’ franchisees and field teams in the region. In 23 years at Dunkin’ Brands, Mr. Beccarelli has experience in operations, development and operating systems for Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Most recently as senior director, multi-brand operating systems, he played an important role in improving sales and operations for more than 1,100 Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins Combo locations, in addition to overseeing Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins restaurants in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Rick Woods, vice-president, Baskin-Robbins Operations U.S. and Canada, will be lead the U.S. and Canada Baskin-Robbins field operations team and oversee the regional operations directors. He also will assume responsibility for business development. Previously, Mr. Woods has been senior director of operations for Baskin-Robbins and operations director for Dunkin’ Donuts.
