Core Tip: Now new brand Soupologie offers three ranges of chilled soups which are low in calories, saturated fats, sugar and salt.
We would all love to lesoupad a healthier lifestyle, but with hectic work and family commitments, it often seems almost impossible to always make the right choices.

Now new brand Soupologie offers three ranges of chilled soups which are low in calories, saturated fats, sugar and salt.

Using quality vegetables and ingredients, each soup is designed to taste as if it was made at home since everything is cooked in small batches with stringent quality control.

All Soupologie soups are vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free with no added sugar, no artificial colours, no preservatives and no hydrogenated fats.

Soupologie supports local community by attending fairs and event
Moreover, their taste is never compromised by the addition of butter, milk and cream or diluted with water, meaning that Soupologie soups can be enjoyed by everybody, including those with dairy, egg and gluten allergies.

Soupologie soups come in flavours including Broccoli and Matcha Green Tea or Roasted Butternut Squash & Red Pepper, Carrot Orange & Ginger or Spinach & Kale with Garlic.

This Hampstead-based company was founded in 2011 by ‘Master Soupologist’ Stephen Argent, a foodie-loving chartered accountant.

Stephen says: “Our soups were initially trialled at local fairs and stalls in and around north London, making their debut at the Hampstead Christmas Fair.

“Taking on board feedback from the public, we realised that there was a market for a brand making really tasty and healthy soups that would become known for being reliably delicious, nutritious, vegetarian and suitable for people with various food intolerances.

“In today’s traditional soup market, the majority of soups are mass produced in the usual predictable flavours, diluted with cream and milk, heavily spiced and thickened with a commercial form of cornflour.

“At Soupologie, we’re firm believers in the power and flavour of the vegetable.

“We let them speak for themselves and create healthy and innovative twists to the flavours, which are lightly enhanced with herbs and spices to bring out the best in each ingredient.”

Soupologie soups are building up a loyal and rapidly-growing following as well as attracting the attention of some of the leading retailers.

All the vegetables and other ingredients are sourced from British farmers and producers.

Soupologie supports local community by attending fairs and events.

Even their design and logo has been created by a talented local graphic artist.

Initially sold in independent retailers, Soupologie soups have now become a best-selling brand with devotees from far and wide.

Soupologie soups are available across the UK & Eire from: Whole Foods, Planet Organic, Ocado (from summer 2014), Dunnes Stores (across NI and Eire), The Natural Kitchen, As Nature Intended and other quality independent health stores and some selected ASDA stores.
