ompany, a US-based spirits firm, has reportedly secured distribution rights for Scottish Spirits brand across the globe, beginning 5 May 2014.A distribution agreement to this effect was signed by Best Spirit Company and Scottish Spirits.
As per the agreed terms, Best Spirit Company will distribute Scottish Spirits brand in the fast-growing Scotch whiskey category.
Best Spirits Asia Pacific/South America Emerging Markets managing director Jose Perez said that the company sees a long-term growing potential in the US, Asia and Latin American market and is set to further bolster its partnership with Scottish Spirits.
"We want to build an impressive growth story in this market, and this agreement will enable both companies to leverage the strengths of our brands and ASIA's growing demand for Scotch whiskey," added Perez.
The Best Spirit produces a wide range of offerings including whiskey, rum, vodka, liquor de agave, distilled agave and brandy at its manufacturing plant in Mexico. It already distributes Scottish Spirit brands in Mexico.
