Vital Juice, a 100% organic, cold-pressed juice brand in the Pacific Northwest, announced today that Beth Gantz has joined the company as director of operations. A highly accomplished logistics expert, Gantz brings more than 15 years of experience, spearheading operations for health food and beverage companies. At Vital Juice, Gantz will be a key component for the company’s plan to expand its distribution nationwide.
“Beth is an outstanding talent and an exceptional leader in the field of operations,” said Edward Balassanian, president and founder of Vital Juice. “Having worked both sides of the vending process, Beth understands the ins and outs of the cold-pressed juice market and the unique challenges and barriers that it can present. Her presence will be crucial as we look to expand our model of locally crafted juices to a national level while maintaining our commitment to the freshest and most pure product on the market.”
Gantz comes to Vital Juice from BluePrintCleanse where she served as director of operations for more than three years. During her tenure, she contributed to the build-out of several production facilities and secured national distribution of their product at Whole Foods Market. Previously, she served as a store team leader for Whole Foods Market where she was responsible for all operations at select stores in the New York and New Jersey area.
This hire comes after Vital Juice launched the Vital Kids line of cold-pressed juices, an industry first. Vital Juice remains focused on ultimate nutrition and the most delicious taste without the presence of additional sugars, sugar-substitutes, purees, concentrates, fillers and preservatives. Vital Juice is committed to offering fresh juice the way nature intended.
Based in Seattle, Washington, with offices in New York and San Francisco, Vital Juice is a premium cold-presed juice company, committed to providing delicious vitality and nutritious juices made from 100% organic produce. Vital Juice offers a colorful portfolio of cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices that are safe, healthy, vegan, GMO-free and never heated or frozen.
