has won Gold Stars for four of its butter products at the 2014 Great Taste Awards, held in London this week. Building on the company's recent successes at this event, 2014's winning products were Connacht Gold Low Fat butter, Connacht Gold Garlic and Herb butter, Connacht Gold Softer butter and Connacht Gold Creamery butter.Commenting on the accolades, Eoghan Sweeney, general manager, Aurivo Consumer Foods and Dairy Ingredients, said, "It is an honour to once again be recognised by these prestigious food awards. Over 10,000 food products from across Europe took part in the annual awards. Judged by over 400 experts including food critics, chefs, farmers and journalists, the Great Taste Awards are widely acknowledged as the most respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality food producers.
