Cocina Fresca, a Cantina style salsa from US-based SimplyFresco, is now available at over 200 H-E-B Grocery Stores in Texas, beginning 20 August.
Cocina Fresca salsa is made from Jalapeño Mild, Serrano Medium, Habanero Medium-Hot and Sweet Onion Mild, as well as tomatoes, fresh onions, fresh peppers, fresh cilantro and garlic.
The company claims Cocina Fresca Salsa is treated under High Pressure Processing, a process in which it is sealed in a package, introduced into a vessel and subjected to 87,000 PSI of water pressure.
SimplyFresco local representative said: "Our team is passionate about producing the highest quality salsa available while achieving superior customer satisfaction."
Cocina Fresca Salsa's shelf life is 120 days from date of manufacture and has no preservatives and additives.
