The city is now being introduced to a new way of celebrating a classic American holiday, fused with Korean culinary culture.

MADANGSUI, the Korean Prime barbecue restaurant housed in midtown Manhattan, brings you various Korean barbecue combo platters in ready-to-grill catering packages, with USDA Prime certified meats exclusively sourced from the same purveyors as renowned steakhouses including Peter Luger and Keens. Although the menu for summer barbecues may have been the same throughout much of history, featuring hamburgers and hot dogs, the melting pot of New York City has given rise to a new way of celebrating Labor Day, as an American summer holiday meets Korean barbecue.

Taking away the labor and bringing new flavors to the grill, this year's Labor Day can be enjoyed with maximum savory satisfaction and minimum effort. With MADANGSUI's catering packages, the days of worrying about pre-barbecue shopping and deciding between turkey burgers and hamburgers are now in the past, as the packages are complete with great quality meat, ready to be grilled and enjoyed. The fun is also doubled, as guests put together Ssam, lettuce leaf-wrapped barbecue sandwiches, instead of struggling with onion slices and ketchup on lopsided burger buns.

Notable options include the iconic Spicy Pork, Bulgogi, and Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly) Korean Barbecue, while combo options include: the Seafood Combo with lobster, shrimp, scallop, squid, and salmon; Meat Combo with Galbi (Short rib), Bulgogi, Pork Bulgogi, and Chicken; Marinated Beef Combo with Galbi, Jumuluk (Boneless short rib), and Bulgogi; Non-marinated Combo with USDA Prime grade ribeye, short rib, Anchangsal (Skirt steak), and Chadolbaegi (Thin-sliced brisket); and Vegetarian Combo with various mushrooms and vegetables marinated in a Korean-inspired sauce.
