The official day to celebrate one of the most favoured cuisines around the world is June 18. Sushi is always ranked among the top five takeout food, with about 61,000 restaurants globally. It is definitely not the 'fugu' one of the deadliest sushi. To be certified to work with it chefs must undergo a rigorous training including eating their finished product.
