Registration is now open for the Subtrop Marketing Symposium, which will take place on 4 November 2015 at the Ingwenyama Conference and Sports Resort in White River, and judging by last year’s record attendance it is advisable to register early.
Players in the South African subtropical fruit and nut industries, including growers, packers, processors, marketers and retailers, will hear expert insights into the current state of these industries, the impact of local economic conditions on their performance, and the opportunities that exist for trade locally and abroad.
Subtrop manages the affairs of the SA Avocado, Litchi, Macadamia and Mango Growers’ Associations, and the Subtrop Marketing Symposium has become an annual highlight on these industries’ calendars. So much so that last year the conference was sold out. As seating is once again limited, delegates are advised to register early this year.
Early bird registrations are available at R200 for members and R450 for non-members until midnight, 16 October 2015. Registration fees after 16 October will be charged at R300 for members and R600 for non-members. Registration fees will cover not only all conference presentations but also coffee breaks, lunch and a braai (BBQ) in the evening.
