NO.1 Food safety can be full traceability!
Food producers or marketers must establish food safety traceability system to ensure food traceability In accordance with the Food Safety Law. The goverment encourages food producers or marketers to collect and preserve information of producing and management, establish food safety traceability system though information-based means.
NO.2 Restrict the use of highly toxic pesticides!
Producers of edible farm products are required to abide by food safety standards when using pesticides, fertilizers, veterinary drugs,feedstuff and feed additives as agricultural inputs. Limitation of time of the laws should be followed strictly when using agriculture inputs. Highly toxic pesticides are forbidden to use in vegetables，fruits, teas and traditional Chinese medicinal materials and other crops that are prescribed by the state.
NO.3 Real name registration for food sales online!
Food trading platform online should registered sellers' real name, konw their duties in food safety aspect.
The permit licence which should be obtained to sell goods according to laws should be checked. When the runners of the platform find sellers who violate the law, the runners should stop the behivor in time, and report to the Food and Drug Administration. If the case is serious, the platform should stop sellers' online shop immediately .
NO.4 Genetically Modified Food should be marked significantly on the package!
NO.5 “Food Additives” should be marked on the package!
Food additive should have labels, brochures, packaging. The content of the brochures should followed the law
strictly, and consumers should be informed that the good is food additive.
NO.6 Consumer shouldn't be told that health food can be eat as drugs
Only have a scientific basis, can health food claims it's health functions. At the same time health foods should state that theycan not replace drugs.
NO.7 Infant formula milk powder should be registered
Food ingredient, food add,product formulation, labelling and so on should be registered in Food and Drug Administration. It is prohibited to produce infant formula milk powder in the way of repackaging.One product formulation should not be used to produce different brands products in the same company.
NO.8 People who report unlawful act about food should be protect
The information of people who report the unlawful act should be kept as secret. And if
company is reeported by it's stuff, company shouldn't retaliate against information through Releasing, modificate labor contracts and other ways.
NO.9 Compensation should be paid to consumers even if products doesn't harm the interests of consumers.
Not only can get compensation for the damage, but also can get 10 times of expense of products or 3 times of expense of the damage if manufacturers produce products which violate food safety laws or operators sell commodities which violate food safety laws even if knowing the commodities' true information. Flaws of products from label, brochure which nether violate consumers nor mislead them donn't suit to this provisions.
