Demand for vegan foods growing at 50-60% YoY; soy milk and tofu popular

The niche category is exhibiting a growth of more than 50-60% year-on-year. But most vegans find it difficult to get the right products that conform to their principles as supermarkets in India do not stock vegan products on a regular basis.
