Except for a few volumes of "diced" and "flakes", the dried apples in Chile are sold out. "Quarters" will be hard to come by in the future as well, because their production is quite expensive.
Some producers have adjusted the production of "quarters" already. The prices for dried apples from China are still stable. As usual, the supply situation will solidify further into the season. Prices will go up as well when the apples are produced from refrigeration
