Edlong Dairy Technologies has developed a new line of sweet milk flavors to help food product developers leverage the inherent sweet taste and rich mouthfeel of milk in applications where sugar moderation is a goal.

“According to proprietary research we’ve recently completed, consumers are actively looking for ‘absence of negatives’ in their food choices, and sugar increasingly falls into that negative category,” says Jennifer Lowry, Edlong’s vice president of sales and marketing. “With these new sweet milk flavors, we are uniquely able to help our customers meet consumer demand for lower levels of added sugar.”

Three new flavors are being introduced: two liquids and one powder, to meet various finished product requirements, so product developers can collaborate with Edlong to choose the best flavor to meet their needs.

More information about Edlong’s complete line of sweet dairy flavors is available on the company’s website. Click here more details.
