Organic fruit experts Cascadian Farm have announced the new Mountain Peak Organic frozen berry line, which is available in two varieties. The new General Mills Inc. (GIS) sub-brand launches this month exclusively at Whole Foods stores across the US.
Ashley Minnerath, Site director at Cascadian Farm Home Farm, explains: "With more than 40 years of experience in the organic industry and 25 years growing premium, organic blueberries at our Home Farm in Skagit Valley, WA, we're bringing you closer to the farm and closer to your food through these delicious, high quality berries".
The new range of offering includes Mountain Peak Organic Blueberries and Mountain Peak Organic Harvest Berries.
Mountain Peak Organic Blueberries is an 8-ounce package that consists of four varieties of blueberries – Patriots, Toros, Bluecrop and Spartan. These blueberries are grown in the Home Farm in Washington.
The other variety, Mountain Peak Organic Harvest Berries, is available in 10-ounce pack containing a blend of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. These berries are grown in and supplied by organic farms from across the world.
