In January 2016, Dongning recorded a steady growth in fruit and vegetable export, reaching USD 6.9 million. Among these, fruits accounted for 3774.7 tons, worth USD 2.97 million, a 83.62% increase year-over-year. Vegetable export accounted for 4884.71 tons, worth USD 3.94 million, a 133.37% increase year-over-year.
