Ministry of Commerce abolished and revised some regulations and normative references
In order to promote the transformation of government functions, further stimulate the market's vitality and motive force of development, Ministry of Commerce cleaned up relevant regulations and normative references. After that, Ministry of Commerce decided to abolish and revise some regulations and normative references, thereinto, “Measures for administration of food safety in circulation field” was abolished explicitly (Decree No. 1, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce).
“PRC veterinary Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition)” (Volume I, II, III) was issued officially
Based on provisions of “Rules for administration of veterinary drugs”, MOA organized and completed compilation of “PRC veterinary Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition)” (Volume I, II, III) and issued the new edition officially, and it shall be implemented on November 15th, 2016.
“PRC veterinary Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition)” was the legal technical standard for preparation, production (import), business, use and supervision & administration of veterinary drugs.
“PRC veterinary Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition)” included explanatory notes, main body and appendix. Since the date of implementation of the new edition, the original edition veterinary pharmacopoeia, relevant national standards (Chemical medicine, TCM volume, Volume 1) and quality standards for the same veterinary drug recorded and issued in announcements of MOA were abolished meanwhile.
