In order to regulate research process of clinical trial for food for special medical purpose, guarantee scientificity and reliability of clinical results, and protect rights & interests and safety of subjects, CFDA formulated and issued “Specifications for administration of quality of clinical trial for food for special medical purpose (trial)”. The specification stipulated the overall process of clinical trial for food for special medical purpose including clinical trial planning, project design, organization and implementation, supervision, record, rights & interests and safety of subjects, quality control, data management and statistical analysis, summary of clinical trials and report.

MOA solicited public opinions on national standards for maximum residue limit of pesticides in food
Based on relevant provisions of “Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China” and “Quality and Safety Law of Agricultural Products of the People's Republic of China”, MOA organized and formulated “National food safety standard Maximum residue limit of 82 pesticides including 2, 4-D butyl ester in food (exposure draft)” and “National food safety standard Maximum residue limit of 50 pesticides including pyraclostrobin in food (exposure draft)”, and solicited public opinions. Opinions should be submitted before December 5th, 2016.
