There have been more than two dozen secondary recalls of products for possible Salmonella contamination in the past few weeks. They all have something in common: they were made with powdered milk products that have been recalled for the possibility of contamination.
We are gathering all of the recalls in one place so you can refer to them easily. This list will be updated every time another product is added.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem. If you did eat any of these products and have been sick with the symptoms of Salmonella food poisoning, see your doctor. Return these products to the store or throw them out if you purchased them.
The original recall was for Valley Milk Products nonfat dry milk powder and sweet cream buttermilk powder. Those products were sold to brokers, who sold them to bakeries and food manufacturers.

Bickel’s Snack Foods recalled all Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato Chips sold under various brand names that were made with powdered milk on December 22, 2016.
Pork Rinds & Snacks recalled pork skin products because they were made with Valley Milk milk powders on December 22, 2016.
Hers recalled their Chipotle-Flavored Potato Chips on December 21, 2016.
Dawn Food Products recalled some bakery mix products for possible Salmonella contamination on December 21, 2016.
House-Autry Mills recalled their Buttermilk Cornbread Mix, Biscuit Mix, and Cheese Biscuit Mix on December 21, 2016 for possible Salmonella contamination.
Dieffenbach’s recalled their Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips on December 21, 2016.
Snyder of Berlin recalled Buffalo Blue Kettle Cooked Potato Chips for possible Salmonella contamination on December 19, 2016.
William Sonoma recalled its Meyer Lemon Poppy Quick Bread for possible Salmonella contamination on December 17, 2106.
The Blue Cheese Savory Twists made by Houdini Inc. were packaged into many brands of gift baskets and recalled on December 16, 2016.
