Flagship Food Group is recalling about 8,622 pounds of frozen burritos sold at Trader Joe’s because they may be contaminated with foreign material in the form of clear hard plastic pieces. Three consumer complaints triggered this recall; one person reported a minor oral injury.

The recalled product is Trader Joe’s Breakfast Burritos Eggs, Potatoes, Cheese, Turkey Bacon with lot code 266 and SKU 96132. It is packaged in a 12 ounce, 12″ x 5″ paper card with plastic overwrap. The package code is A26616PFFG3 and case code 100-101280.  It has the establishment number “EST. P-45574” on the product packaging. It was shipped to retail distribution centers in Illinois and Pennsylvania. The burritos were produced on September 22, 2016.

If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a refund.
