Great American Deli of Tennessee is recalling 816 units of one of their sandwiches because it has the wrong ingredient statement, and therefore contains undeclared eggs and soy, two of the major food allergens. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue.

The product is Premium Chicken Salad Wheatberry Sandwich, with lot number 17 198 located on the top left front of each package. It weighs 6.4 ounces and is packaged in plastic containers. The product was distributed in Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia to convenience stores and vending machines.

If you bought this product and cannot eat eggs and/or soy, do not consume it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
