In recent years, the mango planting area in Panzhihua city of Sichuan province has been expanding constantly. To improve the production, the Panzhihua Institute and the Panzhihua Mango Health Products R&D Center have developed the first Chinese quality mango pulp production line. The line can processes more than 200 kg of dried mangoes per hour. This great capability allows them to send big volumes of fruits to the market in a short time. New technology will also help to preserve mangoes longer than 1 year and satisfy a year-round market demand with dried mangoes.
