This burger “bleeds” organic beet juice and sizzles on the grill from organic vegetable-based fats just like raw beef. Luke’s Lobster launched ready-to-eat, sustainably caught wild Maine lobster meat and ready-to-cook wild Maine lobster tails. Luke’s flash freezes the steamed or raw lobster using liquid nitrogen the same day it is caught, then holds the meat at -20°F to lock in the freshness. The ready-to-eat lobster kit contains half-pound perfectly cooked lobster knuckle and claw meat and one packet of Luke’s secret seasoning, while the ready-to-cook lobster tail kit contains two raw Maine lobster tails and one packet of lemon garlic marinade. They’re sold in the freezer aisle of Whole Foods Market stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $19.99.
