Nestlé Milkmaid, a range of powdered dessert mixes, partnered with WOAP to create the desserts prepared by Ungermann at the event.

Ungermann said, “Desserts in India are very unique. The flavours are so rich. This year on WOAP, I would like to put out my unique recipe, viz. Milkmaid Almond Ice Cream. The dish is easy to prepare, and whoever tastes it will have a special place for almond flavour.”

Speaking on the association, Arvind Bhandari, general manager, dairy, Nestlé India, said, “We are delighted to associate our brand Milkmaid with the World on A Plate festival, the biggest culinary festival of the year.”

“Milkmaid has found its way into millions of traditional Indian as well as western dessert recipes because of the great taste, versatility and ease of use that it offers.
