The new facility features application laboratories which will develop flavourings for confectionery, dairy, culinary snacks and drinks products.

The company also said that its new facility has been designed and built in accordance with global development and technology standards.
The laboratories are equipped with advanced technologies. These will be used by the company’s employees for creating individualised product solutions and applications that meet the demands of their customers.
Symrise Egypt managing director Ibrahim Wagdy said: “We use a wide range of manufacturing technologies in Egypt to supply all of Africa and the Middle East.
“We are now expanding these capacities with our modernised site thereby increasing the attractiveness for our customers in the region.”
