Following its acquisition by PAI Partners last year, Addo Food Group and Winterbotham Darby will come together under a new company name – The Compleat Food Group.
The move will see the two businesses come together under a matrix organisational structure, helping it to strengthen plans to become the “UK’s No1 Chilled Prepared Food Company”, with an extensive product portfolio across chilled & savoury pastry, continental meats, olives & antipasti and a rapidly expanding plant-based range.
