On the 7th of March, McDonald’s France started offering vegetable fries for a limited time. During this period, beets, carrots and parsnip will replace the famous potato fries.

“For our customers, nothing can replace our iconic French fries, but they also appreciate some variation from time to time. That's why, after our Potatoes, Crousties and Wavy Fries, we are now happy to present our Vegetable Fries as a way to offer new flavors and celebrate our strong link with the French terroir,” explains Anne Lainé, marketing director of McDonald's France.
