“We were overwhelmed by the calibre of the entries for our first ever Poster Sessions. After much deliberation, we managed to whittle down all the submissions to the 18 best ideas that have the potential to truly benefit the industry,” said Chris Lee, portfolio director if Vitafoods Europe.
