According to the company, the hand cut sirloin will be marinated, seasoned and grilled to guest preference every night of the week.
In addition, for a limited time, the company is also launching brown butterfly shrimp for pairing with Rancher's Select Sirloin. The two menu items will be available beginning 5 July.
Buffets currently operates more than 350 restaurants in 36 states under Ryan's, Country Buffet, HomeTown Buffet, Old Country Buffet, Fire Mountain and Granny's Buffet names.
