- 36-oz. trays of "El Torito Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Kit"
- 18-lb. cases that contain 8 individual 36-oz. trays of "El TORITO Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Kit"
All kits bear establishment number P-4140 inside the USDA mark of inspection and item number 24203. The trays are marked with a sell-by date of "082312," "083012," "090612" or "091412." The cases are marked with the same sell-by dates in a different format, specifically "08/23/12," "08/30/12," "09/06/12" and "09/14/12."
Items subject to the recall were produced between July 23 and August 6, 2012.
