Core Tip: Greg Kreder has been promoted to director of global quality at D.D. Williamson.
He joined the company’s science and innovation team four years ago. Previously he received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry at Southern Illinois University and then worked for nearly two decades in research and product development for a global brewing company.

“We are thrilled to have Greg’s talents expand to take on the global quality and food safety responsibilities,” said Margaret Lawson, chief science officer for Louisville-based D.D. Williamson. “His food industry experience and knowledge of DDW’s processing serve as strong capabilities for this critical range of responsibilities.”
