Core Tip: With mostly lower overnight prices, the CME Group's floor trading of corn, soybean and wheat markets are expected to start Thursday's floor trading the same way.
The Early Calls for the commodities on Thursday, August 30, 2012, are mostly lower. Corn is seen opening 1-2 cents higher, soybeans 2-4 cents lower, and wheat 2-4 cents lower.

In overnight trading, the Dec. corn futures contract traded 3/4 of a cent higher at $8.14 per bushel. Nov. soybean futures traded 3 1/2 cents lower at $17.49 per bushel, and Dec. wheat traded 2 1/2 cents lower at $9.03. For Dec. soybean meal futures, the contract traded $0.30 per short ton lower at $529.70. Dec. soybean oil futures traded $0.15 lower at $57.15.

The outside markets are unfavorable for Thursday's grain trade. The real factors driving the calls will be the lower overnight markets.
