Happy Family, a US-based organic food brand, has launched seven new vegetable-based products for babies and toddlers.
The new products include three flavors of Happy Creamies coconut milk-based veggie and fruit snacks, and four varieties of 100% vegetable Happy Baby Starting Solids S1 Pouches
Happy Creamies snacks are available in three flavors - Strawberry, Raspberry & Carrot; Carrot, Mango & Orange; and Apple, Spinach, Pea & Kiwi. They are dairy-free, gluten-free, contain 50% vegetable ingredients.
In addition, the snacks are made with coconut milk, which offers antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that can help aid in strong bones and a healthy immune system, according to Happy Family. Happy Creamies are available for a suggested retail price of $3.59 per 1 oz. bag.
The new Happy Baby Starting Solids S1 Pouches are single-ingredient vegetable pouches, available in four, 100% veggie varieties: Mixed Carrots, Green Beans, Winter Squash, and Sweet Potato. They are minimally processed to ensure maximum nutritional benefits, the company said. The products are sold for $1.79 per 3.5 oz. pouch.
The new Happy Family products are certified organic by the USDA, made without preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, trans fats or GMOs, and are BPA-free.
The products can be purchased in Target stores across the US, and will be rolling out to other fine retailers in the coming weeks.
