By opening its first franchisee outlet in Mumbai recently, Quiznos, USA's sub chain, has gained entry into the Indian sub-continent.
Backed by more than 30 years of experience, the chain has selected the upscale Pali Naka in Mumbai to locate its first Indian outlet.
Quiznos has more than 4,000 outlets on franchise basis across the world with distinctive presence in USA, Canada and the Middle-East. The outlet has made inroads into India on franchise basis with Kunal and Bhavana Khatri.
Speaking to FnB News, Kunal and Bhavana Khatri, said, "Quiznos promises to deliver more than the usual; they offer foods for different tastes right from types of soups, salads, pizzas, and a lot of other stuff. They believe in, "We dare to be different," "Uncompromising quality" and "Ever made to order."
Kunal added, "Like their outlets in the West, Quiznos India would work on the unique feature of serving food served that is totally hygienic. They don't just sell food to make money but they also care about your health, that's why all the food that isn't sold for the day is disposed off and isn't reused for the next day. Another feature is that the food served at Quiznos is totally affordable too; unlike other restaurants which cost you a lot of money, the food served here is absolutely inexpensive and anyone can afford it."
According to Khatri, Quiznos is positioning itself to be the sought-after fast food chain for college students as well as young adults, promising to deliver good food at great prices. Its food options include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
