CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurants, promoted Ned Lyerly to president of the company's international division.
Lyerly has spent 30 years working for CKE. Before his promotion, he was executive vice president of international. He also held executive positions in global franchise development, international finance and marketing and financial planning and analysis. Lyerly has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Univ. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
