Pepsi Pays $72 Million for IPL Rights

The Board of Control for Cricket in Indiawhich organizes the tournament, said Wednesday it received two eligible bids, and that PepsiCo PEP +0.58% won the rights. The BCCI didn’t name the other bidder.
