Vitablend, the premium provider of nutrition fortification and protection solutions, opened a new state of the art production plant in Singapore on Thursday, November 1st. Having a production facility in Singapore allows Vitablend to be closer to their growing customer base in the Asia Pacific region. Just like the plant in The Netherlands, this facility will provide nutritional premixes, antioxidant and functional blends, mainly for the infant and clinical nutrition industry.

In the last year we saw a substantial growth with our Asian customers, making it essential for us to be here, to work on innovative products for the Asian market together.”
Vitablend, part of the leading global ingredients distributor Barentz Group, designed the plant according to the highest technological standards. A dedicated team of Vitablend and a cluster of European and local Singapore engineers have designed one of the most modern plants in the world, according to the highest quality standards, which will serve the exacting needs in infant and clinical nutrition.
The advanced set-up of the new premix production lines offer maximum flexibility in producing complex, high care formulations containing vitamins, minerals, nucleotides and amino-acids. Vitablend made sure to include a dedicated dry clean room at the new facility in Singapore to meet the strictest microbiological requirements. In addition, Vitablend has proven milling expertise and offers customized packing.
