Acme Smoked Fish Corp., a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based maker of smoked fish and pickled herring products, has introduced a new smoked fish dip for retail sale.
The Acme Smoked Fish Dip includes lightly cured, wild mahimahi and other wild fish with a blend of jalapeños, sweet relish, spices and mayonnaise.
“We’re delighted to bring the Acme Smoked Fish Dip into the homes and kitchens of families across the nation,” said Gabriel Viteri, Acme’s VP of strategy and business development. “As we enter 2013, we intend to bring more delicacies to the table, each inspired by our proud family heritage, our passion for seafood and our continuing commitment to environmentally conscious and sustainable seafood trade.”
The fish dip cup, a kosher product, will be available for sale in mid-December.
