Core Tip: Seaworth’s “Single Fin Sludge” is an organic concentrated cold brew coffee that comes packaged in a 32 fl oz.
Single Fin SludgeSeaworth Coffee is inspired by our love of the sea and hand-crafted cold-brewed coffee. We just couldn't find decent cold-brew in Southern California, so we set out on a mission: to create a delicious, top-quality cold brew coffee that would reflect the beautiful sunshine and good-spirit of the Golden State.

So through a relentless process of experimenting with different beans, blends, roasting methods, and brewing techniques, we did it. We're passionate about this beautiful, thick liquid, so we decided to give it a name that pays homage to our favorite pastime and the rich surf culture of California.

Seaworth’s “Single Fin Sludge” is an organic concentrated cold brew coffee that comes packaged in a 32 fl oz. The product is fresh and unpasteurized, so it requires refrigeration.

However, the challenges presented by this are well worth it: this is some of the smoothest cold brew coffee that we’ve ever had. It’s super enjoyable and easy to drink, regardless of if you try it straight (be careful -- there’s lots of caffeine in this stuff) or cut it with water.

Regardless, this product is extremely well executed. We’d say the same for the packaging, with a single color painted amber bottle that definitely feels like something from another era (or hipsterish). In any event, the design is cleanly executed and definitely helps establish the product as something with super premium quality.

However, if there’s anything that we question, it’s the use of the word “sludge,” which isn’t exactly an appetizing word to appear on any type of food product. Still, this is a minor point and it’s ultimately forgotten once you try the product. Overall, a very enjoyable product with superb execution.
