Drinks giant Diageo has selected The Charmer Sunbelt Group as the exclusive distributor of wines and spirits in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, New York, South Carolina and the District of Columbia.
Under the deal, The Charmer Sunbelt Group will also continue to serve as broker for Diageo wines and spirits in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Diageo North America commercial strategy senior vice president Jeff Ivey said they are happy to renew their partnership with Charmer in the new regions.
"Diageo will continue to evolve our route to market strategy based on having the best leadership, capabilities and most importantly performance. We look forward to working with them to achieve future success," Ivey added.
The Charmer Sunbelt Group chief operating officer Greg Baird said Diageo's commitment to brand investment and their commitment to market, organization and people investment will result in good performance.
